Spinach vs Kale
I love this article that Nature’s Sunshine has put out.
I have tried to eat Kale many times. I don’t particularly “like” it. I grow it in Spring and add it to my salads. I will put it in my morning smoothies, but it has not become a vegetable that I just grab and love.
On the other hand I do love spinach. I love it in salads, I love it slightly cooked and I will put it in my green smoothie without making a face. Spinach, though a little higher in calories is also higher in iron, protein, fiber, calcium, potassium and has more vitamins than Kale. This article gives a run down on the benefits of both Kale and Spinach and I am pleased to see that Spinach wins.
