Some interesting articles
I have read different information over the years about SOY. It is good for you, it is bad for you? I have found it to be very confusing. I must say, I don’t seek out to eat soy products on purpose (except I do like soy sauce) but it sounds like it is in more products than we even realize. I guess that is one more reason to try to stick to whole food eating.
I have read the articles that I am including here and I will read them again and again, because so far I am still a little or maybe a lot confused.
That said, here are two articles that I have found that give some good information (I think) about soy, what might be good about it and what might be bad about it. But like more and more foods out there I am really tired that we have to worry (if you care) about them being GMO.

I have now read about a products to replace my soy sauce with. It is called “Coconut Secret Raw Organic Vegan Coconut Amino’s.” you can find it here, I am going to look for it at Trader Joe’s next week when I go North.
